The course fee of $750 includes lodging (shared bedroom), all meals, shuttle service to/from the Albuquerque (ABQ) airport, and other costs associated with the course. The course fee does not cover RT airfare (or mileage, if local) or participants’ incidental expenses. Applications are due by 31 March 2018 and notifications of acceptance will be sent in early April 2018.

In addition to covering the costs of the course, your fees will cover the following:

  • R/T shuttle service from the Albuquerque International Sunport to the Sevilleta Field Station (No rental car is necessary!).
  • Housing (including bed linens) at the Sevilleta Field Station from Sunday, June 3rd through the morning of Saturday, June 9th (field trip participants will receive an extra night of lodging). Note: Due to the course intensity and structure, attendees are required to stay at the Sevilleta Field Station for the duration of the course. No exceptions will be made for NM residents.
  • All meals starting from dinner on Sunday, June 3rd through breakfast on Saturday, June 9th (Saturday field trip participants will also receive lunch and dinner).

Note that participation in either of the optional, but highly recommended post-course field trips will have an additional cost of $100 to cover lodging (Saturday, June 9th), meals (lunch & dinner on Saturday, June 9th), and mileage.
